Important disclosures regarding Tourism Hub's role as a discovery platform, independent providers, direct transactions, and limitations of responsibility.
Tourism Hub is a business discovery and connectivity platform that enables users to discover and contact independent tourism, hospitality and related businesses (“Providers”). Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tourism Hub does not itself provide the listed travel, accommodation, transport, food, event, leisure or other services.
Providers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, representatives or branches of Tourism Hub. A listing, profile, advertisement, sponsored placement or appearance on Tourism Hub does not constitute certification, approval, recommendation, endorsement or guarantee by Tourism Hub. Users should make their own assessment of a Provider before entering into any arrangement.
Business descriptions, licences or registration details, contact information, locations, images, services, prices, availability, offers, promotions, claims and other listing content may be supplied by Providers or third parties. Providers and advertisers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of their content and claims. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tourism Hub does not warrant that such information is complete, accurate, current or suitable for a user's requirements.
Any enquiry, quotation, booking, order, agreement, payment or other transaction for a Provider's products or services is made directly between the user and the relevant Provider, unless Tourism Hub expressly states otherwise. The Provider is responsible for pricing, contracting, payment collection, service delivery, cancellations, changes, refunds, warranties, complaints and resolution of the underlying transaction.
Tourism Hub does not control the day-to-day operations or performance of independent Providers and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, suitability, reliability or outcome of their products or services. Users remain responsible for considering relevant licences, terms, insurance, safety requirements and other information before proceeding.
Where reviews, ratings, maps, links or other third-party information are displayed, they may originate from independent sources and do not represent a Tourism Hub guarantee. Tourism Hub is not responsible for third-party websites, applications, booking platforms or services accessed through external links; their own terms and privacy practices apply.
Questions or disputes concerning a Provider's booking, payment, cancellation, refund, service quality or performance should be addressed directly to that Provider. Tourism Hub may, at its discretion, facilitate or forward communications but doing so does not make Tourism Hub a party to the transaction or responsible for resolving the underlying dispute.
Tourism Hub aims to maintain an accessible and useful platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access. Features, listings and content may be changed, suspended or removed where reasonably necessary for operational, security, compliance or legal reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Tourism Hub and Rihilat Hospitality FZCO do not assume liability for acts, omissions, representations, products, services, performance, non-performance or disputes of independent Providers or advertisers, or for losses arising solely from transactions entered into directly between users and such Providers. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts or limits any liability, duty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Use of Tourism Hub is also subject to the Tourism Hub Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If a mandatory provision of applicable UAE law conflicts with this Disclaimer, that mandatory provision will apply to the extent of the conflict.
