These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of tourismhub.ae and related Tourism Hub services operated by Rihilat Hospitality FZCO. By accessing or using Tourism Hub, users agree to these Terms, subject to applicable UAE law.
Tourism Hub is a business discovery and connectivity platform. It enables users to discover and contact independent tourism, hospitality and related businesses (“Providers”). Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tourism Hub does not itself provide the products or services listed by Providers and is not the booking agent, travel agent, seller, guarantor, certifier or contracting party for Provider transactions.
Providers listed on Tourism Hub operate independently. Nothing on the platform creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture or representative relationship between Tourism Hub and a Provider merely because that Provider is listed, featured, advertised or contacted through the platform. A listing does not constitute Tourism Hub approval, certification, recommendation or guarantee.
Users are responsible for reviewing Provider information and making their own assessment before entering into any booking, purchase, agreement or other transaction. Users should confirm directly with the Provider all material matters including price, availability, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation terms, refund terms, licences, insurance, safety requirements and suitability for their needs.
Provider profiles, descriptions, images, contact details, services, prices, offers, availability, claims and other business content may be supplied by Providers or third parties. The relevant Provider remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of its information. Tourism Hub may review, format, suspend or remove content where reasonably necessary for platform, compliance, security or legal purposes, but does not thereby assume responsibility for Provider content.
Tourism Hub may facilitate enquiries or contact between users and Providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any quotation, booking, contract, payment or transaction arising from that contact is entered into directly between the user and the Provider. The Provider is responsible for receiving payment, issuing its own transaction documentation where applicable, delivering the service and handling cancellations, refunds, complaints and disputes.
At the current platform model, Tourism Hub does not receive or hold customer payments for Provider services, process Provider refunds or issue customer invoices on behalf of Providers, unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise. Users should make payments only through payment arrangements agreed directly with the relevant Provider or identified third-party service.
Paid or promoted content should be identified as Sponsored or Advertisement where applicable. Advertisers and Providers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and substantiation of their advertisements and claims. Sponsored placement does not mean that Tourism Hub endorses or guarantees the advertiser or its products or services.
Any reviews, ratings, maps or other third-party information displayed on Tourism Hub may originate from independent sources. Where a source is identified, users should refer to that source for context. Such information does not constitute a Tourism Hub guarantee or independent assessment.
Tourism Hub may link or redirect users to Provider websites, WhatsApp, booking platforms, maps or other third-party services. These services are independent from Tourism Hub and operate under their own terms, privacy policies and practices. Tourism Hub does not control their content, security, availability, products, services or subsequent processing of user information.
Complaints or disputes concerning a Provider's services, bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, quality or performance should be addressed directly to the relevant Provider. Tourism Hub may choose to forward or facilitate communications without becoming a party to the underlying transaction or assuming responsibility for resolving it.
Users must not misuse Tourism Hub, interfere with its operation or security, submit unlawful, misleading, infringing or harmful content, impersonate another person or business, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or harvest information unlawfully, or use the platform in a manner contrary to applicable law or these Terms.
Tourism Hub may require registration for certain features. Users and business representatives are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting account credentials. Tourism Hub may reject, restrict, suspend or remove accounts, listings or access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, breach of these Terms, legal/compliance reasons or protection of the platform and its users, subject to applicable law.
Tourism Hub's platform design, branding, original content and other intellectual property belong to Rihilat Hospitality FZCO or its licensors, as applicable. Provider-owned names, logos, images and content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Submission of Provider content authorises its use for operation, display and promotion of the Tourism Hub platform and relevant listing in accordance with the registration terms and applicable law.
Tourism Hub may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features and does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available. Reasonable maintenance, security, technical, legal or operational changes may affect availability.
The Marketplace & Platform Disclaimer forms part of the legal framework governing use of Tourism Hub. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Tourism Hub and Rihilat Hospitality FZCO do not assume liability for the independent acts, omissions, representations, products, services, performance or non-performance of Providers or advertisers, or for losses arising solely from transactions entered into directly between users and such Providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, duty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Tourism Hub Privacy Policy and applicable law. Where users contact independent Providers or third-party services, those parties may separately process information under their own privacy practices.
Tourism Hub may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, platform functionality or business practices. The current version and effective/last-updated date should be published on the website. Continued use after an update will be subject to applicable law and the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where relevant, the laws and regulations applicable to Rihilat Hospitality FZCO in its place of establishment. Subject to mandatory legal rights and jurisdictional rules, disputes relating to Tourism Hub shall be subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

These Terms are structured for the DISCOVER → DISPLAY → CONNECT model. If Tourism Hub subsequently introduces direct bookings, payment holding, or packaged services, these Terms will be updated accordingly prior to feature launch.
